That was their first time making pasta and they thoroughly enjoyed it, she was so patient and helpful! The restaurant the class is held in is beautiful too. Attended a pasta and tiramisu making class, and it was fantastic every sense! Victoria, our teacher extraordinaire made the whole experience even better. She's not only knowledgeable, but also incredibly patient and fun. We got hands-on with fettuccine, ravioli, and tiramisu from scratch. And yes, we got to eat the pasta we made. I probably massacred the pasta dough, but the chef did a great job in making it delicious, somehow. Highly recommended for anyone curious about making pasta and tiramisu from scratch.
